Opportunity 

Envoy’s Digital Environment team is looking for a Senior Producer. The Senior Producer is intended to steward a project or idea from inception through completion. The producer will also manage a project in totality, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the process, workflow, scheduling, and scope. 

Internally, this role will need to work cohesively with all departments, including account, creative and engineering teams, in order to produce the best possible product for clients building digital environments, live events and immersive and physical experiences. Externally, they will need to identify, scope and lead all third-party resources, including but not subject to, AV, fabrication, hardware, and software vendors.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Chicago office. 

What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain and oversee effective processes surrounding project management including the setting up of jobs, communication throughout project, project finances and resourcing.
  • Create comprehensive project timelines and manage creative/development milestones and deliverables.
  • Think strategically about content creation and how to serve client and internal team needs.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates can be clearly communicated to the client.
  • Provide solutions to technical problems through discussion with technical teams.
  • Effectively balance the needs of the client, along with the needs of the agency.
  • Effectively balance the needs of all internal teams in order to execute the best possible product for each client.
  • Provide production and technical knowledge, in addition to innovation insight, in order to arrive at the best-possible execution decisions.
  • When required, identify, procure and manage outside vendors that are best suited for assigned projects.
  • Assist with developing new business opportunities and act as a program management leader during pitch development
  • Tracks and reports the financial health of a project against developed estimates, highlighting potential over-runs before they occur, and escalating and resolving financial issues as they arise.  

 

Qualities and Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 7 years experience within this role in an agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of each production phase and basic knowledge of XR, Immersive environments,multimedia technology; understanding of game development workflow, post production workflows: 2D/3D animation, editing, motion design.
  • Experience producing digital work, animation, video/broadcast projects and experiential executions with both in-house and external teams.
  • Must possess exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must bring financial project management experience and the ability to manage resource time to budget expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Has excellent negotiations skills and experience developing Statements of Work.
  • Is an expert presenter and comfortable interacting with senior-level clients. 
  • Creative and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excellent at change management.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and clients at once.

What We Offer 

The salary range for this position is between $115,000 to $125,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
