We generated a new brand platform for Kareo, creating and developing the new Kareo.com to be a delightul, simple and empowering experience for small medical practices. The new brand was crafted with a distinct style of branded videos, photography and illustration that performed exceptionally with a 40% increase in paid sign ups.

are overwhelmed.

Today’s small practices are being buried by a system that works completely against them. Kareo is a fast-growing SaaS product that helps alleviate their pain with smart features that address the needs of everyone in the practice – from doctors to practice managers through to billers. However, the products are very complex, especially for an audience that isn’t the most tech savvy group. On top of that, migrating an entire practice to a new system that completely changes the way they do business is daunting, to say the least. With so much paperwork and unpaid bills, it’s hard to get them to see the tunnel – much less the light at the end of it.

The new Kareo platform was crafted to connect with small practices in both a rational and emotional way. The success of Kareo wasn’t going to be defined by just a refreshed new look – it was more focused on creating an experience that truly established an empathetic relationship between the brand and user.While the competition contributed to the overwhelming nature of their industry with cumbersome communications, we chose to delight them with a simple experience that made perfect sense. Every interaction with Kareo – be it on the site, through a video or in a banner ad – was conceived to transition them from a state of panic to a sense of optimism.
