Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior Frontend engineer, you will be responsible for executing web builds of varying scales and a wide variety of clients. You are passionate and excited about delivering great experiences. You are a coding dynamo who can evangelize, architect, and deliver solutions with best practices in mind. You are someone who loves the idea of helping both develop technology and a discipline.

What You Will Do

Be the point person on individual projects
Significantly contribute to the delivery of projects
Help grow the department by participating in interview/hiring process
Be a project leader while still an individual contributor
Focus on department beyond project work
Assist in scoping, estimating and allocating project work

Qualities and Qualifications

5+ years general front-end development experience (HTML/Twig/liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS)
2+ years with SPA frameworks (React, Vue)
Comfortable developing on top of various ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, SFCC/Demandware, BigCommerce)
Comfortable developing on top of Content Management Systems (Contentful, WordPress, AEM)
Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, general web functions and standards
Experience with modern build tools (Git, Yarn, NPM, WebPack)
Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Figma
Good time management, problem solving and communication skills
Experience with Static Site Generators such as Next.js
Modern web practices (Static components, modules, responsive development)
Working knowledge of Node.js server side development
Experience with animations (Canvas, Motion, GSAP)
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand or similar)

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 to $115,000, plus benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
